It's feminine, it's juicy and it's fragile like a tropical fruit. Shooting “BTS” of this amazing creative idea was a real delight thanks to the great energy on set and the talented people involved, including the stunning model.

 

Despite the gorgeous aesthetic of this shoot, it has a much deeper meaning and purpose than the eye can perceive. Stylist and creative director, Emilie Headington wanted to share a message with the world.

 

“It is in response to all of the sexual harassment in the media of late." The aim was to cause people to stop and think about the symbolism behind the various fruits and to consider their fragility and differing shapes. “Fruit is eaten and devoured and can be shared and taken by anyone, but a woman’s body is different. It’s not something to be shared and taken, but it can be offered." she says. 

 

Also, can we stop for a second and talk about how beautiful our model is?

 

Chloe Sevier, aged 20, has an unbelievably pretty, natural and innocent look which made her the perfect fit for this shoot.
